New Book: It's Kind of a Funny Story

      I just started It's Kind of a Funny Story by Ned Vizzini today.  So far it is pretty interesting and I like it.  So far I have found out that the main character is Craig and that he is pretty depressed.  He wants to be a bicycle messenger when he grows up.  He sees this therapist called doctor Minerva.  He really doesn't like his life and that is why he likes sleeping.  He feels that he wakes up into a nightmare every time that he wakes up.  I haven't really gotten into the groove of the book yet because it seems like I am still in the exposition.  There is one thing that I noticed though.  This is that in the opening chapter, he uses literary terms such as antagonist and conjunction.  I wonder if this is something that the author is trying to show us or if it is nothing.  It may be an interesting topic to follow in the future.  Happy National It's My Party Day!
