Update Its Kind of a Funny Story

I have continued reading Its Kind of a Funny Story and the plot has taken an interesting twist.  Craig was contemplating suicide because he stopped taking his Zoloft.  His plan was to jump off of the Brooklyn Bridge in the middle of the night.  Then he called the suicide hotline which directed him to the emergency room and the scene in the emergency room is as far as I got.  It seems that the author did some research on the topic before he wrote this book.   I think that it was very irresponsible of Craig to get off of his medicine, but this is probably a big reason why people who were depressed end up committing suicide.  People really don't want to rely on drugs to keep their life stable.  I think that this is a mini theme in this book that its alright to rely on people or things until you can get back own your own two feet.
